After Wendy Waldman produced her own project Letters Home in 1987, she found herself being called upon by many other artists to produce their albums as well. One of her earliest productions was the now-classic Suzy Bogguss album Somewhere Between, which won the Academy of Country Music's Best New Artist Award in 1989.
